Pine Pollen Cascarilla

Back for Ostara and renewing the protections around your home, Pine Pollen Cascarilla! I love Cascarilla. Love it. It is typically made from chicken egg shells. The shells form a protective barrier around the embryo, and that protective power carries over into the powder made from the shells. For me, using it at this time of year also brings that rebirth and renewal energy associated with Ostara and fresh starts. I will often add different plants to my Cascarilla to enhance a particular energy. In the past, I’ve paired it with Roses, White Cedar, and Dandelion. This turn we’re using Pine Pollen! Pine has been used to cleanse and protect sacred spaces for millennia. It is also associated with rebirth energy. And I just love the idea of using pollen magick at Ostara! Cascarilla can be sprinkled about in many ways. Add a pinch to your bath or mop water. Dust a bit on your body or hands if you will be around a lot of people.
