How to Install CR-V Tail Light Side Marker Pre-cut Overlay Tint For Best Results Tools: Heat Gun or Blow Dyer / Padded Glove or Felt Tip Squeegee Rinse / Soap your Tail Light side marker to get rid of debris before application Peel off Side marker tint Overlays Note: if you mess up placement, peel off the overlay with ease. DO NOT heat up the overlay until the desired placement has been met. Align the pointed edge with the side of the tail light that meets the black outline of the tail light closest to the quarter panel (away from the turn signal / reverse lights) Once lined up the rest should fall into place, adjust as needed depending on how you lined it up The top of the overlay should sit right below the red brake light and cover everything below. Please follow the outline photo that shows general placement of the overlay. Once desired placement is met follow the below instructions. If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles. REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT the vinyl after laying, this will activate the glue behind the overlay which will enhance tackiness. NOTE: Smoked and Light Smoke have PET liner, must be peeled off after install for a complete super gloss finish.
