How to Install CR-V Tail Light Rear Turn Signal Pre-cut Overlay Tint For Best Results Tools: Heat Gun or Blow Dyer / Padded Glove or Felt Tip Squeegee Rinse / Soap your Third Brake Light to get rid of dust/debris before application Peel off Third Brake Light Tint Overlay Note: if you mess up placement, peel off the overlay with ease. DO NOT heat up the overlay until the desired placement has been met. Start with the one edge of the overlay left side or right side, depending on where you see fit Once laid, use your free hand to guide the overlay to the other side of the third brake light, at the same time use the hand that had just tacked down the overlay at one corner and slowly swipe up and down moving right to left or left to right as the free hand guides the rest of the overlay towards the other side Once laid and there are no bubbles left, heat up the overlay to a hot but not scalding temperature to activate the glue and ensure tackiness. Once desired placement is met follow the below instructions. If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles. REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT the vinyl after laying, this will activate the glue behind the overlay which will enhance tackiness.
