Ground 85/15 beef (1 lb packs) = 75 lbs Short ribs = 8-10 lbs 1 Brisket = whole Ground chili meat (1 lb packs) = 5 lbs Various roasts (3-4 lbs each) = 30-40 lbs Stew meat (1 lb packs) = 10 lbs Fajita meat (skirt, flank, or bavette) = 4-5 lbs Cutlets/Cube steak (top round) = 12 lbs Rib-eye steaks (1 1/2" bone-in cuts) = 10 lbs NY Strip (1 1/2" cuts) 7-8 lbs OR T-Bones (1 1/2” cuts) 10 lbs Filet steaks (8 oz cuts) 3 lbs (not applicable if you get T-bones) Sirloin steaks (1 1/4" cuts) = 4-5 lbs Liver (1 lb packs) = 2 lbs Shank steaks / Osso Bucco (1 1/2" cuts) = 12-14 lbs Bagged bones (if available at time of order being filled) Fat chubs (if available at time of order being filled) You will need approximately 7-8 cubic feet of freezer space for this amount of beef.
