Approximately 100-105 pounds of beef  Ground 85/15 beef (1 lb packs) = 40-45 lbs Short ribs = 4-6 lbs Various roasts = 12-15 lbs Stew meat (1 lb packs) = 5 lbs Fajita meat (skirt, flank,or bavette) = 2-3 lbs Cutlets/Cube steak (top round) = 6 lbs Rib-eye steaks (1 1/2" bone-in cuts) = 5-6 lbs NY Strip & Filet steaks (1 1/2" cuts) = 4-5 lbs OR T-Bones 6 lbs Sirloin steaks (1 1/4" cuts) = 2-3 lbs Shank steaks (1 1/2" cuts) = 6-8 lbs You will need approximately 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space. We will contact you within 24 hours after order is placed to give you an ETA of when you're 1/4 will be ready for pick up/delivery.
