This roast is a PRE-ORDER roast only, we do not keep them in stock. So, if you order one please know that you will have to wait approx. 2 weeks or longer for it to come in. The Pikes Peak roast is cut right below the rump, so it'll be a very lean roast. For full flavor, make sure you cook it in liquid as to prevent drying out. It is a boneless roast. Your roast will be approximately 3 to 4.5 lbs.
