Approximately 400-420 pounds of beef in this package.  Ground 85/15 beef (1 lb packs) = 150 lbs Short ribs = 16-20 lbs 2 Briskets = 18-24 lbs Ground chili meat (1 lb packs) = 10 lbs Various roasts = 50-60 lbs Stew meat (1 lb packs) = 20 lbs Fajita meat (skirt, flank, or bavette) = 8-10 lbs Cutlets/Cube steak (top round) = 24 lbs Rib-eye steaks (1 1/2" bone-in cuts) = 20 lbs NY Strip & Filet steaks 12-16 lbs (1 1/2" cuts) OR T-Bones 18-20 lbs (1 1/2” cuts) Sirloin steaks (1 1/4" cuts) = 8-12 lbs Liver (1 lb packs) = 4 lbs Shank steaks / Osso Bucco (1 1/2" cuts) = 20-24 lbs 1 Whole Beef Heart 1 Beef Tongue 1 Beef Tail - Ox Tail You will need approximately 14-16 cubic feet of freezer space for this amount of beef.
