Qing Chinese Pale Green Jade Ornament/Small Bangle (49 mm)

A perfectly round pale green jade with lighter and darker inclusions. While it might have been used for a baby, I believe it’s more likely that it was used for ornamentation on clothing, jar or other decorative object.   It is hand polished and has that nice soft luminescence. It also has that dense weight of jade.   MEASUREMENTS Outer diameter -1 15/16” (49 mm) Inner diameter – 1 3/8” (35 mm) Thickness – 5/16” (8 mm) Weighs .51 oz (14.7 g)   CONDITION There are natural fissures but no cracks. Remnants of the polishing paste care found in the fissures   A nice old jade to add to your collection. It is a perfect small jade.
