Two pairs of purse handles that were hand carved in China during the 1920's for clutch purses.  One set is a carved light-colored resin set. The other set is a stained dark wood set that was intricately carved.  The carving on the resin set is of butterflies in a scrolling matrix. The wood set is a carving of dragons with the flaming pearl of wisdom in the center. Both sets have holes on the ends for attachment. They both have a more or less curved top to be the opening for the purse. MEASUREMENTS White handles – 7” (17.8 cm) long x 1 3/16” (3.0 cm) tall. Dark handles – 7 ¼” (18.4 cm) long x 7/8” (2.2 cm) tall.  Weighs 2.4 oz (65 g) CONDITION There are no breaks, cracks, chips, repairs, or major scratches. Two sets of purse handles that can be repurposedhandba back into clutch purse handles.
