This is part of our Easter menu and is only available March 29 & 30. Best served warm out of the oven with a dusting of powdered sugar, sfogliatelle is commonly eaten as a breakfast pastry: baked each morning in our shop just for you or fresh out of your own oven! Sfogliatelle, also commonly called “clamshells” because of their shape, are delicate, crackling pastries created by hand-shaping almost-transparently thin discs of laminated dough outwards. Each layer is softly pushed apart just enough to create it’s signature fanned pattern, shaped into a cone, and filled with a from-scratch creamy semolina and ricotta filling. The end result is a crispy-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside showstopper with notes of cinnamon and candied citrus perfect for your holiday table. Our bake-at-home kit includes eight frozen sfogliatelle in resealable, freezer-safe packaging. Simply drop onto a baking sheet straight from the freezer, turn up the heat, and enjoy this warm, flaky pastry exactly
