White Gold Luster
Duncan Precious Metals Overglazes contain real precious metals that result in brilliant 22 karat yellow gold or white gold finishes when applied to fired glazed ware. They are food-safe after firing. Bright Gold and White Gold contain 4 percent 22 karat gold content. Premium Gold contains 8 percent 22 karat gold content, producing a truer gold color. To use, simply place a small amount of overglaze onto a glazed palette, then use a brush to evenly coat the glazed piece as desired. Do not let the glaze pool. Opaque when applied, Bright Gold will appear brown, and White Gold will appear green. Allow to dry, then stilt and fire to Cone 019-018. Clean brushes with Duncan Essence. Note — These products are only non-toxic after firing. Work in a well-ventilated area during application. Do not stir or shake. Luster must be applied outdoors. When wet, luster releases toxic fumes.
