Medium Balance, Buttery, Citrus Light roast Veracruz is located on the gulf side of Mexico, it is a coastal area with tropical weather and high elevation. Veracruz is also known as the second largest coffee producing state in Mexico, only behind Chiapas. Due to these environmental conditions, the coffee that develops in the area ends up coming off as aromatic, smooth, and mellow after roasting.
