Dehydrated Sourdough Starter Unbleached, MN Buckwheat "Bucky"

This is my MN purchased, unbleached, buckwheat flour, dehydrated sourdough starter blend. It has a higher protein content than my other sourdough starter options.  To re-hydrate for use in breads, buns, pancake batter, rolls & anything else you can imagine! Once rehydrated, use like you would for any recipe that calls for sourdough "discard" or "starter" depending on the phase of feeding. Includes one 5-7oz packet of dehydrated "Bucky" sourdough starter, directions to rehydrate & favored recipes. Ingredients: Buckwheat, Hard Red Wheat & Malted Barley Flour.
