Ma'am Shirley - Cordillera Mountains

  This special micro-lot from the indigenous communities of the Cordillera Mountains in the Northern Philippines is gaining international recognition; praised for its sweetness and flavor notes of brown sugar, coconut, currant. For 150 years, bourbon was cultivated exclusively on this island in the Indian Ocean. In the mid-1800s, the plant was spread to Africa, Latin America, and the Pacific as colonial ambitions grew.
