Cute halter style top upcycled from a pink tie dye Barbie t-shirt. Top ties at neck with a black organza bow. Double layer of rainbow and fuchsia tinsel fringe around the bottom for maximum sparkle. Measurements (taken laying flat) Center Front including tinsel trim- 18 inches Across at bottom of armhole- 23 inches Fit- fit is loose. Sides of top at underarm are cut deep to allow for more size accommodation.
