California Dreams Diner & Dreamy Cloud Reversible Halter Top

Cute reversible halter top made to wear two ways. One side is made from an upcycled graphic tee depicting a dreamy California diner scene. The other side is a pink, blue and lavender pastel soft knit fabric with cloud print. Top ties in the back for a backless design. Gathered neck ties with ribbon in back. Halter is made to hit around the natural waist, but can be folded up for a more cropped look. Measurements: Center Front- 17.5 inches Bottom across where it ties around waist- 46.5 inches Across where bust would hit- 18.5 inches Model is 36" in bust and 29" in waist. Suitable for sizes S-L (may fit XL). Ties at waist allow for some adjustability.
