Double layer of rainbow and cobalt blue tinsel fringe around the bottom for maximum sparkle. Measurements (taken laying flat): Center Front including tinsel trim- 18 inches Across front at bottom of armhole- 19.5 inches Fit is loose. Sides of top are cut deep at armhole to allow for size accommodation. Will fit S-XL.
