OG Tinsel Fringe Top with an updated addition! Tinsel Fringe Top made with black taffeta side bows for more adjustability and coquette flair. Top is made from a upcycled Dolly Parton graphic t-shirt, hand dyed in faded pink fuchsia. Double row of laser silver and fuchsia tinsel fringe for MAX sparkle and shine.  Measurements (taken laying flat): Width- 15 inches. Ties at side allow for width adjustments. Length- 21 inches ONE SIZE. Model bust measurement is 36 inches and top is loose. Open sides with ties can best accommodate sizes S-XL. The larger the bust the more fitted the top will be.
