Cute halter style top upcycled from a grey deer graphic shirt and Rolling Stones graphic tee. Top ties at neck with a black organza bow. Double layer of gold and silver laser tinsel fringe around the bottom for maximum sparkle. Measurements (taken laying flat) Center Front including tinsel trim- 16 inches Across front at bottom of armhole- 21 inches Fit- fit is loose. Sides of top at underarm are cut deep to allow for more size accommodation. Will fit sizes S-XL. This specific top is more cropped in style.
