The resulting "comma" shaped leaves often infuse to a golden-yellow or light golden-green tea. It is the common rolling technique used in the Kyushu Prefectures of Saga (Ureshino Teas), Nagasaki (Sonogi Teas), Kumamoto, and Miyazaki.
