A Return Authorization Number, provided by Whynter, is required for all returns. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Under this warranty, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or exchange the defective product or parts at our discretion. All repairs or replacements will be done through our Service Center via mail-in basis. This warranty is non-transferable. After the warranty expires, the original owner is responsible for the cost of parts and labor. Return shipping is covered by Whynter for the first two months from purchase, and then will be the responsibility of the customer.
