*** $500 is the DEPOSIT for 1 WHOLE BEEF *** A whole beef will finish LIVE around 1,250+ lbs. The day your beef is processed, there will be a hanging weight (typically 800+ lbs). You will pay $4.00/lb hanging weight to purchase the beef. PLEASE NOTE: processing fees are not included in this price. We work with several processors, and they're all priced differently. A good estimate for processing is $1/lb of hanging weight    WHAT IS THE TOTAL ESTIMATED COST INCLUDING PROCESSING? $4,000+ depending on hanging weight   HOW MUCH BEEF WILL I TAKE HOME? Every animal yields differently, but typically 60% of the hanging weight...This means you take home 450+ LBS of beef!   We process several Beef monthly.
