Specifically, the study will examine the following: Assess the existing internal communication practices and its role in employee performance. Identify and explore the existing challenges associated with internal communication at Ghana Atomic Agency. Determine the specific strategies that promote effective internal communication. Determine whether effective internal communication contribute to the high employee performance.
