ORTICANOODLES - #5 #5 by Orticanoodles is a unique work created in 2019 in mixed media, acrylic and spray, on wood. This work by Orticanoodles originates from the stencil technique, borrowed from street art and reinterpreted through an original and sophisticated creative process. After an initial painting phase, the work was in fact cut and reassembled by the artists, combining sections of different panels to create a layered, multidimensional composition. The result is a structure that invites the viewer to mentally reconstruct the subjects, transforming observation into an interactive and immersive experience. #5 by the collective Orticanoodles is part of a cycle of works that transports to wood an artistic concept previously explored by artists on urban walls. Although the wooden panels often reproduce subjects already addressed in murals, these works manage to explore a more intimate dimension, offering deeper critical insights.
