Kemtec™ Coliform Test Classroom Kit

This kit is designed to help students test water samples for the presence of Escherichia coli, which is an indicator of animal waste and potential water pollution. It includes all the necessary materials for conducting the tests, eliminating the need for expensive laboratory equipment and extensive lab preparation. The kit is suitable for students with limited laboratory experience and can be used in a variety of science applications. The kit comes with an instructor's manual with background information and is designed for 24 students working individually, in pairs, or in groups. It includes 25 tubes for testing water samples and requires an incubator set at 37C. The kit meets national standards for grades 8-12.
