75% Puerta Pulache, Piura, Peru: Single origin plantation with a decent amount of white cacao beans which produces a light colored chocolate resembling a milk chocolate.    Ingredients & Flavor:Piura Blanco, Peru. Blanco translates to "white" hence lending its name to Piura Blanco due to the white cacao beans used for this batch. Beginning notes are floral and ends with a citrus note of lime, slightly astringent, but not be confused with bitter as it's due to the tannins found in this Peruvian cacao.
