75% Tabasco, Mexico Blend (Hacienda Jesús María):  A blend of criollo, forastero, and trinitario cacao beans. Single origin plantation cacao made into delicious dark chocolate.    Ingredients & Flavor:As usual we like to highlight the flavor based on origin and fermentation and this bar is one that doesn't stay behind. Tastes of a familiar dark chocolate bar with notes of fudge and nuts that adds amazing depth and flavor. This bar is our second inclusions bar with pepper, aside from our Ghost bar, however the spice on this bar is more of a spice, than spicy, if you catch our drift.   Origin: Comalcalco, Tabasco, Mexico.Flavor: Nuts, Fudge, Caramel.Ingredients: Organic Cacao Beans, Organic Cane Sugar, Guajillo Chile.
