Combining the flavors of hot habanero with sweet rosemary, this unique oil blend can be used in everything from traditional mexican dishes to stews, casseroles or as a marinade for meat, chicken and pork. Flavor Hacks: 1-2 pounds of beef flank steak Marinade: 1/8 cup habanero rosemary olive oil, 2 T. teriyaki sauce, 2 T. red wine, 2 T. creole spice Marinade the flank steak for 4 hours up to overnight. Cook it in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees. Let it sit 10 minutes. Cut it against the grain into slices. Can use for fajita meat or pair it with cumin black beans and saffron rice for a complete meal.
