Our Colombian single-origin coffee beans come from small, independent farms where the beans are hand-picked, hand-washed and then dried before being shipped directly to our roasting facility. We then medium roast the beans to maximize the fruit and chocolate notes, leaving you with a luxurious, smooth and rich coffee that is incredible when drinking black or equally impressive with cream.
