About: This isn't just any old decaf coffee.This is a smooth Peruvian single-origin decaf coffee with incredible notes of caramel and citrus. Grown at altitude in the tropical climate of the Peruvian Amazon, our beans come from small estates in the Piura region that are certified organic. The caffeine is then removed using the Swiss Water Process®, a chemical-free way of stripping coffee of its caffeine content through solubility and osmosis while keeping all the natural sugars and oils that give the coffee its flavor.  So, in short, an incredible single-origin with natural caramel notes that you can drink in the evenings without it keeping you awake..... Damn. Did decaf just get interesting?
