Sample workout day below: Week 1 Day 3: -3x8 barbell front squats w/ 90 sec rest-3x5 Single leg db/kb deadlifts each leg w/ 2 min rest -2x12 DB single arm overhead press each arm superset with:-2x12 db lateral shoulder raises rest 2 min btw supersets -3x10 strict hanging leg raises or knee raises supeset with:-3x30 sec plank rest 2 min btw supersets HIIT training: 3 rounds without rest of:10 box jumps10 db deadlifts (light weight)200 meter run
