Our charcuterie hams are naturally cured without the use of artificial nitrites using sea salt, cultured celery powder, spices, and vinegar powder. We slow-smoke our hams for 10 to 12 hours over real hickory wood, resulting in soft, succulent ham with a faintly smokey flavor. Note: All products are sold Sliced or Whole. Our store is unable to package individual portions weighing less than 1 pound or customize meat cuts into smaller pieces (such as "chunks" or "cubes") unless otherwise noted for specific products that may be sold as a Whole piece.
