1745MF Crown Size Silver Coin Mexico 8 Reales Mint Mark Mo Philip V of Spain Toned Very Fine or Much Better
Description: A great looking and nicely toned very fine or much better 1745 Mexican crown size silver coin. This is the Philip V 8 Reales depicting the crowned globe flanked by crown pillars on the obverse with the date below and surrounded by the legend "VTRAQUE VNUM" followed by the mint mark "Mo." The reverse depicts the crowned arms of Spain flanked by the MF and 8 with the legend "PHILIP.V.D.G.HISPAN.ET IND." These coins were used extensively in the US before the silver dollars were circulated. The coin is nicely toned and shows all the details very well. It is a truly a nice coin with great eye appeal and has nice heft to it. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.
