Description: A extremely fine or much better banknote from Hong Kong. This is The Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation 7th August, 1958 five dollars currency note. The banknote which was issued by the "The Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation" and printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. Ltd. has a brown design on multicolored underprint with the image of a woman seated at right of the front. The front also has the arms of Hong Kong in the center with the denomination under it. The back is also brown on multicolored underprint with the image of a bank building in the center and a winged angel on top. This particular note has the serial number 001907 displayed in black twice on the front but not on the back and is series L/H. The note has two signatures displayed on the front.
