Description: A very nice small framed Folk Art drawing in the best Pennsylvania Dutch tradition. This beautiful hand painted piece represents a typical Pennsylvania Dutch decorative drawing on paper known as Fraktur. It depicts two birds, distelfink?, perched on a tulip with additional tulips around it all emanating from a red heart. There is green leaves and a grape bunch as well as blue berries. The small decorative drawing has a legend which says "Live for today; Dream for tomorrow; learn from yesterday" in beautiful calligraphy. A great decorative folk art hand drawing on paper done in the Pennsylvania Dutch style common in Lancaster County Pennsylvania.
