Beautiful 1743MF Philip V of Spain Silver Coin Mexico 8 Reales Mint Mark Mo XF

Description: A great looking extremely fine 1743 Mexican crown size silver coin. This is the Philip V 8 Reales depicting the crowned globe flanked by crowned pillars on the obverse with the date below and surrounded by the legend "VTRAQUE VNUM" followed by the mint mark "Mo." The reverse depicts the crowned arms of Spain flanked by the MF and 8 with the legend "PHILIP.V.D.G.HISPAN.ET IND.REX" These coins were used extensively in the US before the silver dollars were circulated. The coin is lightly toned and shows all the details very well. It is a truly a nice coin with great eye appeal and has nice heft to it.
