Emperor's Kitchen® Organic Mirin will introduce you to a whole new taste experience. It's likely you have experienced this sweet rice wine in a variety of Japanese dishes. This subtly sweet, slightly tangy rice wine adds genuine depth of flavor to any dish. A true mirin or Hon mirin; a naturally fermented sweet rice wine. Made from sweet rice and rice koji (the same culture used for making our Miso Master miso paste).  Our Mirin is carefully fermented for a full year to develop the most desirable flavors without the use of corn syrup, or other additives.
