Hojicha Roasted Green Tea- harvested in summer using only the larger, older tea leaves. Steamed to prevent fermentation and roasted in revolving ovens. Sencha Matcha Green Tea- a combination of the velvety umami goodness of organic powdered matcha with the fresh vegetal notes of our premium organic sencha for an invigorating tea blend with a liquor as bright as its flavor. The pairing of sencha and matcha yields more caffeine as well as more natural relaxant, resulting in a taste delight that gives a steady balance of energy without the jitters. Sencha Green Tea- in early spring we gather the first flush of new buds and leaves for processing into sencha - the highest grade of Japanese tea for export.  Our green tea leaves are steamed, heat dried and immediately packed to seal in the fresh flavor and aroma. Prepare Hot: Bring one cup of cold water to a boil. Steep the desired amount of tea for five minut
