$4.00/lb. hang weight plus processing.  With our farm fresh pork 1/2 bundle you get approximately: 1 Ham 2 Ham Slices/Steaks 1 Shoulder Roast 8 Pork Steak 1 Loin Roast  16 Pork Chops 9lbs. of Bacon 7lbs. of Sausage 1 slab of Spare Ribs  2 Hocks (can be ground into sausage) 2lbs of Back Fat  With 1/2 hog orders, you call in and place the cuts or order them online through the processors website so you can order exactly what you would like!  $75 deposit does go towards grand total.
