Recipe Suggestion: Ingredients: 2–3 lb beef blade (top blade) roast Salt & pepper 2 Tbsp oil ~2 cups beef broth ~2 cups pasta sauce Instructions: Preheat oven to 350–375 °F (175–190 °C). Season and brown roast on all sides in a heavy pot with oil. Add half broth, half pasta sauce to cover ~¾ of roast. Bring to a simmer. Cover and bake 2½–3 hrs, flipping halfway, until fork-tender. Rest roast 10 min; remove, reduce sauce on stovetop. Slice and serve with mashed potatoes or veggies.
