Footprints
During a vacation in Goreme, Turkey, in April 2011, I had the chance to experience a hot air balloon ride. As we floated above the landscape, a particular tree caught my attention. What made it stand out wasn't just the tree itself, but the intriguing patterns surrounding it. As we drifted closer, I realized it was people digging holes surrounded by trails of their footprints.I seized the opportunity as our balloon passed directly overhead, hanging over the side of the basket to capture the scene in "Footprints." It's a perspective not many get to see, offering a fresh angle on everyday sights. The image isn't just about the tree, but the intricate patterns and stories that the ground tells, reminding us that sometimes, beauty is found in the most unexpected places and angles.
