Terres Blondes is pronounced "Tare Blonde" Hand-harvested, carbonic fermentation started by native yeasts, and with only 2 grams/hl of sulphite (~20 ppm). Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, and it aged in vat before bottling in spring.
