One summer afternoon in Chinon, alongside the river Vienee, we were sipping on Cab Franc and fell in love. Cabernet Franc is a slightly lighter bodied and more peppery version of Cabernet Sauvignon, especially when it doesn't see time in new oak. We hope you enjoy! Aged in 2-3 year old 280L oak barrels for 24 months. Les Rocher des Violettes translates to The Rock of Violets. Can you smell the violets in this wine?
