Purely Peony - Bai Mu Dan White Tea

Purely Peony is our Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) White Tea. Purely Peony comes from Fo Zi Mountain in Zhenghe, China, which is about 850 meters high in elevation. This Bai Mu Dan comes from the Zhou family of tea farmers. Bai Mu Dan consists of young tea buds and young leaves; the leaves allow this tea to have a more body and robustness compared to a Silver Needle, which some tea drinkers prefer.  As this tea ages, it will become develop more honey-like sweetness.  Origin: Zhenghe, Fujian, China - Zhou Family Harvest Date: April 2021 Cultivar: Da Bai Tasting notes:  Robust, Smooth, Apricot, Mild nuttiness Gong Fu Brew: First infusion: 3-5 grams / 100 mL / 90° C  / 40 secs                          Second infusion: 90° C  / 45 secs                          Then add 5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
