Frozen Peak OG - Roasted Dong Ding Oolong

FROZEN PEAK - OG Dong Ding (Tung Ting) Taiwanese semi-ball rolled oolong from Nantou County, Taiwan. This is a roasted oolong hand-picked from the Dong Ding (Frozen Peak) area, Spring 2021. Masterfully roasted to perfection brings out toasty, caramel and fruity melon notes that is so comforting for a tea session.  We call robust tea, Frozen Peak - OG because this the traditional style of Dong Ding.
