GARDENIA GARDEN This is a Huang Zhi Dan Cong, which is a sub-variety of the Shui Xiang (Narcissus cultivar). The gardenia blossom and orange citrus notes make this a highly sought after tea. The leaves come from a roughly 50 year old tree. The Dan Cong trees have established roots to absorb all the nutrients and minerals from the Phoenix mountains to grow flavor packed tea leaves! Origin: Phoenix Mt., Chaozhou, China Tasting notes:  Citrus, Slight Minty Astringency, Floral Gong Fu Brew: 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C  / 3 secs (Flash Brew)                          Second infusion: 95° C  / 8 secs                          Then add 5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
