Pinnacle Peak - Light Roast Da Yu Ling

PINNACLE PEAK 2017 Harvest - this is the last of Pinnacle Peak, as the tea farms are being repurposed to grow other types of crops on this land to protect from soil erosion. Low quantities left, get it while its here!  DaYu Ling Peak (which is ~2600 m high) on Li Shan, this is an exquite, highly sought after high mountain tea. The Da Yu Ling area produces the best high-mountain soft-stem oolong and expertly processed. It is smooth & crisp on the palate with a unique taste.For this Da Yu Ling Oolong we also asked the producer to add our custom light roast to add an element of complexity and depth. Origin: Da Yu Ling Peak on Li Shan, Taiwan  ~2600m elevation - Chen Family Tasting notes:  Smooth, Rich, Invigoratingly Crisp Gong Fu Brew: First infusion - 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C  / 50 secs                          Second infusion - 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C  / 45 secs                          Then add 5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
