Rising Phoenix

RISING PHOENIX These leaves come from 80 year old trees, and is thrice charcoal roasted by tea master Lin. This tea gets better with age as the charcoal mellows out. The most distinguishing feature is that RISING PHOENIX’s peach and floral notes robustly take center stage. Origin: Phoenix Mt., Chaozhou, China - Lin Family Tasting notes:  Strong florals and stone fruits Gong Fu Brew: 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C  / 3 secs                          Second infusion: 95° C  / 8 secs                          Then add 5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
