I wanted to create something that wasn't overpoweringly minty, but would still help cool down the skin.  USP Certified menthol crystals was the answer!  Instead of using a higher concentration that might cause a cool burning sensation to the skin, I opted for a lighter concentration that makes you feel as though you just got out of a pool, on a hot summers day, with a lovely breeze.
