The pants that started it all... During quarantine I, like many, experienced a life shattering loss and needed a project to maintain my sanity. For reasons that would sound too crazy to share here I decided I needed to make pants. I started looking into local fair wage manufacturers while reevaluating my life as a whole. After nearly a decade of wanting to volunteer at a camp for people with disabilities in Guatemala but never having the time, I decided there was no time like the present. At the camp I was paired with Francis, a  funny, brilliant, and kind young man with Muscular Dystrophy whose father Francisco is a tailor who specializes in pants. Everything changed! I realized the life-changing impact we could have on this family directly by paying them Los Angeles fair wage.
